I enclosed 2 Images. One image was. what I ordered, (a 3 pack of water filters for a LG refrigerator) The second image was what I received. (3 air filters for a Frigidaire refrigerator) Upon calling the number that was in the email, my call wouldn’t go through as if it was out of service. I sent an email to two different E-Mail addresses… No reply. I then started a complaint through PayPal. No response from Frost Water Filter Company as of yet. This is the first correspondence I have received from the company.

These filters are the correct fit for my LG refrigerator, and they're much less expensive through your site than in the stores. They also arrived very quickly. I've found in the past that if I don't replace the filter every 6 months, it will mess up the ice maker. A repair tech told me they only needed to be replaced once a year, but I tried that. And the ice maker locked up. Several times.
